Return time policy: All returns and credits, and or exchanges must be made within 21 days from the ship date listed on your invoice to return your merchandise. The invoice must be included in your box along with a letter indicating your reason for returning the product.

All Seasonal items are non-returnable.

An Exchange and Return Form is included in each box shipped. [If you receive a damaged item as a result of a crushed box please contact us and we will file a claim with UPS or Fed Ex and instruct you on how to proceed with the return.] If you did not receive a form you may return your merchandise by completing the following:

  • Return or exchange unworn/unused merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of its receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. If exchanged, we will pay domestic ground shipping for the new item to be shipped back to you. If returned, all shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

    DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, THE RETURN/EXCHANGE DEADLINE IS EXTENDED UNTIL JANUARY 15TH.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.
  • Expect a refund within 7 to 14 days after we have received your return in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase.
  • Please carefully package your return, ideally in the same carton that we used to ship it to you along with its packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt. We recommend that you use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Ship via ground method, and insure your package. We cannot handle your return any quicker, so do not ship back using express shipping.
  • Email us at info@thepalaceaggieville.com if you would like to discuss matters relating to your exchange.
  • Be certain that you include instructions inside the parcel regarding your return or exchange.
