Shipping & Handling Charges

Every effort is made to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending availability. You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together.

To ship via Federal Express Ground (FedEx) you must include a complete street address (no PO Boxes). We do not ship to PO Boxes, except for APO and FPO addresses.

Expedited Shipping Requests: (Next Day and Second Day Services) ORDERS RECEIVED BY 5:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME WILL SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. OTHERWISE EXPEDITED ORDERS MAY NOT SHIP UNTIL THE SECOND BUSINESS DAY FROM THE DAY ORDERED. EXPEDITED ORDERS SHIP VIA FEDEX OR UPS. THERE IS NO PICKUP SERVICE ON EITHER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, HOWEVER FEDEX DOES OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY AND THAT OPTION IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU UPON CHECKOUT. All overnighted orders that ship on a given work day, will be received the following work day anytime until the end of the day. If you need morning delivery you will have to call for special arrangements.

Shipping and handling to the USA will be charged as follows: Fed Ex does not provide Three-Day Service to Hawaii and Alaska. Please select Second Day Service in order to expedite shipping to these states.

If items are ordered with an expedited shipping option (Next day, 2nd Day or 3 Day) and we are unable to ship the items immediately due to availability, the backordered items will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible and charged accordingly.

International Shipping: International Shipping is not available at this time.
